This burger is something out of the ordinary… it has a trick! Instead of the cheese on top, we have mixed it inside the meat to make it extra juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. We advise having napkins on hand

Ingredients
Chicken Burgers
- 1 (½ oz.) spring onion, finely chopped
- 1lb minced chicken or minced turkey meat
- 3 oz. (¾ cup) shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Chop the spring onion very finely and add it to the large bowl along with the minced chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well with clean hands. Form two burgers per serving. The thinner they are, the faster they will cook.
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. When hot, fry the burgers for a couple of minutes until fully cooked. A crispy layer will form.
- Combine mayonnaise, garlic powder, basil, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Place a hamburger on a lettuce leaf and add a tablespoon of sauce, thin slices of tomato, and gherkins and place another hamburger on top to close it. Enjoy!
